Dieter Tejada
Co-Founder
Dieter Tejada, a national leader and serial social-entrepreneur at the intersection of law and criminal justice, overcame the injustice of wrongful conviction and incarceration as a youth. As Co-Founder of the Justice Impact Alliance (JIA) and President of the National Justice Impact Bar Association (NJIBA), Dieter advances transformative approaches that empower justice-impacted people to address inequity and injustice within the legal system.
Jessica Younts
Co-Founder
Jessica, is a seasoned advocate with over 20 years of experience as a formerly incarcerated leader. In addition to Co-Founding JIA she serves on the National Justice Impact Bar Association’s Board. As VP of the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, Jessica oversaw the Fines & Fees Program, raising nearly $30 million for people’s fines and fees, and contributed to the passage of Amendment 4, which re-enfranchised over 1.45 million people with felony convictions.
